# Ask Myna > Ask Myna is an AI receptionist for small and medium businesses in India, made in Gujarat, India, by BITCODING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Myna, the assistant, answers a business's phone calls 24/7 in Gujarati, Hindi, English and Marathi (any three per number, other Indian languages on request), answers the questions the owner approves, notes orders, appointment requests and visit requests, and sends a summary to the owner's WhatsApp within a minute of each call. Ask Myna is live in India; the United States and Europe are next. Key facts: - Pricing in India, excluding GST: Starter INR 2,999 a month for 100 answered minutes; Growth INR 9,999 a month for 500 answered minutes; a Partners plan for agencies, telecom resellers and IT consultants who resell Ask Myna under their own brand at a wholesale per-minute rate. Optional setup done with us on a call: INR 1,999 one time; setting up yourself in the builder is free. Month to month with no contract; when the minutes run out, Myna pauses and calls ring on the owner's phone as before. No prices are set outside India. - Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English and Marathi today, any three per number. Myna answers in the language the caller starts with and can switch mid-call. Other Indian languages are added on request. - Phone numbers: works with the business's existing number through call forwarding when the line is busy, unanswered or the phone is off, set up with the operator's call-forwarding codes on Jio, Airtel or Vi. Cancelling call forwarding sends every call back to the owner's phone: ##002# on Vi or Airtel, *413 or the MyJio app on Jio. A separate number can be provided instead. - What Myna does: answers 24/7; tells callers the prices, timings and directions the owner approves; notes requests with the caller's name and number; during business hours, transfers a caller who needs a person to a staff mobile; on the Growth plan, makes service-due reminder and callback calls. She answers two calls at once on each number. - What Myna never does: she never promises a price, a slot or an order the owner hasn't approved, never confirms orders or bookings herself, and never takes payments.
