What Ask Myna does
Ask Myna gives your business phone a receptionist without a day off. Calls go to Myna when you're busy, don't pick up or are closed, and she:
- answers in the language the caller uses, and switches mid-call if they do: any three of Gujarati, Hindi, English and Marathi per number, with other Indian languages on request;
- tells callers the prices, timings and directions you approve;
- notes orders, appointment requests and visit requests with the caller's name and number, for you to confirm;
- sends you the summary on WhatsApp within a minute of the call ending, with e-mail as backup;
- during your hours, puts a caller who needs a person through to your staff mobile, after saving their details.

Why we built it
Ask Myna is built for the businesses that live on the phone. In a sweet shop, a clinic or a garage, the phone rings while everyone is busy with the customer in front of them. We built Myna so that the customer who calls at that moment still gets an answer, in their own language, and the owner still hears about it.
Myna does what a good receptionist does: she answers, gives the information the owner has approved, and writes down what the caller wants. The owner stays in charge of everything that needs a decision. How we work
Five rules shape the product and the way we sell it.
Honest with callers
Myna's first sentence tells callers she is the computer assistant for your business and that the call may be recorded. Anyone can ask for a person.
Humans stay in charge
Myna notes requests; you confirm orders, bookings and prices. She never promises a price, a slot or an order you haven't approved, and never takes payments. When she doesn't know an answer, she says so, takes the caller's details and sends you the question.
Your data stays yours
Call records and customer details belong to your business and are stored on our servers in India. Speech and language providers process the calls to make them work; we never sell or share your customers' numbers. Recordings are deleted after 30 days, and we erase any call's details within one working day when you ask. We do not train our own models on your calls. The privacy policy has the details.
Prices in writing, no lock-in
Your price and minutes are fixed in a one-page written agreement before you pay. You pay month to month with no contract, stop whenever you like, and nothing is ever charged automatically. When your minutes run out, Myna pauses and calls ring on your phone as before. Pricing has the plans.
No tracking on this website
This website sets no cookies and loads no trackers. Your theme and region choices stay in your own browser.
