If you want Myna for your business

Write to hello@askmyna.ai with the subject "Ask Myna for my business", or send the same on WhatsApp. It helps to include:

• the kind of business and the city;
• the number you want Myna to answer, or that you'd like a separate number from us;
• the languages your callers use: any three of Gujarati, Hindi, English and Marathi, or another Indian language you need;
• your opening hours, and roughly how many calls you get on a busy day;
• whether you'd like to set up yourself in the builder, which is free, or with us on a call, which is ₹1,999 one time, quoted before you begin.

We connect Myna within a working day. How it works explains call forwarding, and pricing has the plans for India, excluding GST.

If you already use Ask Myna

For help with your account, write with the subject "Ask Myna support" or message us on WhatsApp during support hours. Include:

• your business name and the number Myna answers;
• the date and rough time of the call you are asking about;
• what you expected, and what happened instead.

Please don't send one-time sign-in codes or workspace keys by e-mail or WhatsApp. Our terms ask you to keep them private. If you need Myna to stop answering at once, cancel call forwarding on your phone and every call rings on your phone again.

If Myna gave a caller wrong information, tell us, and add the right answer to her knowledge. Once you publish it, she uses it from the next call.

Partners and resellers

Agencies, telecom resellers and IT consultants can resell Ask Myna under their own name on the Partners plan: your logo, colours and a domain we map for you, your own prices for your customers, and a wholesale per-minute rate. Write with the subject "Ask Myna partner programme" and tell us:

• your company and where you sell;
• the kind of businesses you serve;
• whether you want your own brand and domain from the start.

Privacy and data requests

Whether you called a business that uses Ask Myna or you run one, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or withdraw consent. Write to hello@askmyna.ai with the subject "Privacy request" and include:

• the phone number you called from, or the name of your business account;
• the business you called and the date of the call, if it is about a call;
• what you would like us to do: tell you what we hold, correct it or erase it.

We answer within seven days, and we erase any call's details within one working day when you ask. You can also make the request to the business you called. Recordings are deleted after 30 days in any case.

Our privacy policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Act sets out an individual's right to obtain information about how their personal data is processed, to seek its correction and erasure, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity (sections 11 to 14). Its provisions come into force on dates the Central Government notifies (section 1(2)).

Outside India

Myna is built for India today: Indian numbers, Indian languages, prices in rupees. The United States and Europe are next. We have not set prices outside India. If your business is elsewhere, e-mail us with your country and the kind of business, and we'll tell you when your country opens.
