Terms of service
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms apply to businesses that use Ask Myna ("the service"). By creating an account you agree to them. Pilot customers also sign a short pilot agreement that takes precedence where the two differ.
The service
Ask Myna answers calls forwarded to it with a computer voice assistant, gives callers the information you provide, takes their requests, and sends you a summary. The assistant can make mistakes; you review the summaries and tell us about any wrong information so we can correct it.
Your responsibilities
- Give Myna accurate information about your business and keep it current.
- Only forward numbers you are entitled to forward, and tell your callers that calls may be recorded where you enable recording.
- Keep your sign-in details and workspace keys private; actions taken with them are yours.
- Do not use the service for unlawful calls, spam, or impersonation.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown on the home page in Indian rupees and exclude GST. Plans are billed monthly in advance; minutes above your plan's ceiling are not connected until the next month or an upgrade. Invoices are payable within seven days.
Ending the service
Either side can stop with one day's notice. You can take all calls back to your own phone at any moment by cancelling call forwarding. After the account closes, call data is erased within 30 days.
Liability
The service is provided as described, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for lost business arising from a missed or misunderstood call.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Rajkot, Gujarat having jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
