Short answer

The Ask Myna team writes and checks every page on askmyna.ai. Before a page goes up, we check its product facts and prices against the live product and our published plans, and we cite an outside source only after reading it. Every guide, industry and company page shows the date it was last reviewed, and you can report a mistake to hello@askmyna.ai.

Who writes these pages

The pages on askmyna.ai are written by the Ask Myna team at BITCODING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, the company in Gujarat, India, that makes Ask Myna. Bylines read "By Ask Myna Team" and link to the team on our About page; every page ends with a short note about the team and a link to our LinkedIn page.

AI tools help draft these pages. A member of the team reads every page before it is published and checks each product fact against the live product.

We sell Ask Myna, and these pages are written by the company that sells it. When a page compares Ask Myna with other ways of answering calls, we say where another option may suit a business better.

How we check product facts and prices

  • What Myna does. A page describes what the product does today. We check each claim, such as the languages, the WhatsApp summary or the call transfer, against the live product before publishing. Plans for later are called "next" or left out.
  • Prices. We publish only the plans on sale in India, in rupees and excluding GST. We have not set prices outside India and do not guess them. Your own price and minutes are fixed in a one-page written agreement before you pay.
  • Changes. When the product or a price changes, we update every page that mentions it, and its last-reviewed date.
  • Limits. We say what Myna does not do as plainly as what she does: she never promises a price, a slot or an order the business hasn't approved, and never takes payments.

What we don't publish

  • Invented customers, testimonials, reviews, ratings, usage numbers or partner logos.
  • Claims about savings we can't support. The missed-calls calculator on the home page uses your own numbers and nothing else.
  • Example calls presented as real. A call written to explain a page is labelled as a written example, with a made-up business and caller. It is not a recording of a real customer.

How we choose sources

Facts about Ask Myna come from the product itself. For facts about anything else, such as call forwarding on Indian networks or India's data protection law, we look for the official page first: a government body, a regulator, a standards body or the telecom operator.

  • We cite a source only after reading it, link to the page itself, and say what it supports.
  • Sources are listed under "Sources" near the end of the page.
  • When an official page and another article disagree, we follow the official page or leave the fact out.
  • When we can't find a source we trust, we don't cite one.

Dates and reviews

Every guide, industry and company page shows "Last reviewed" with the date a member of the team last checked it against the product. The privacy policy and terms show "Last updated" with the date their text last changed.

How to report a mistake

If something on a page is wrong or out of date, e-mail hello@askmyna.ai with the subject "Correction". Include the page address, what is wrong and, if you have one, a source.

  1. We check it

Against the live product for a fact about Ask Myna, or against the source for anything else.

  2. We correct the page

If the page is wrong, we fix it and every other page that repeats the same fact.

  3. We update the date

The page's last-reviewed date changes with the correction.

If you use Ask Myna and Myna gave a caller wrong information, that is not a website correction: add the right answer to her knowledge and publish, and she'll know it from the next call. The contact page says how to reach support.
